NCSBN introduced a new Nursys.com feature, the interactive Nursys Authorization to Practice Map. With just a few clicks, the user can see a dynamic, easy to understand visual representation of all the states where a nurse has authorization to practice.

This one-of-a-kind, comprehensive visual display of nurses' privilege to practice in the U.S. is powered by licensure status data provided by participating nursing regulatory bodies (NRBs) and state agencies. The map is dynamic and automatically updated, taking into account the current status of all licenses, as continuous data is provided by participating states.
